Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau

Waiohua is a federation of iwi within the southern district of Tāmaki Makaurau. Ngāti Tamaoho is a member of this federation, and are involved with the discussions of Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau (the Tāmaki Collective) and the Crown.

This group directly negotiates with the Crown on overlapping and region-wide issues. This is a separate claim of Ngāti Tamaoho.

The purpose of this group is to address and discuss any overlapping interests and or regional issues that affect the people of Waiohua, within the Tāmaki Makaurau district. Ngāti Tamaoho are at the discussion table, to ensure our interests are protected and viewed.
