Notice of Annual General Meetings

The 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Settlements Trusts (for period ending 30 June 2021) will be held on Saturday 27th November 2021, starting at 10am at the office premises – 128 Hingaia Road, Karaka. Please click “Going” on the Facebook Event for catering purposes (in the hope we are able to gather by this date – if not, the event will be held online)

Nominations for the two (2) positions  close at 12 noon on Friday 24 September 2021. Nominations must be made on an official nomination paper available from Thursday 2 September 2021:

All candidates must be an Adult Registered Member (18 years of age or over) of Ngāti Tamaoho Settlement Trust, and must also be nominated by three (3) Adult Registered Members of Ngāti Tamaoho Settlement Trust. Further information regarding eligibility criteria is outlined on the nomination paper.

Nomination materials must be in writing and received by the Returning Officer no later than 12 noon, Friday 24 September 2021.   The form may be completed online and emailed into the returning officer during Lockdown period. Retiring Trustees are eligible for re-election.

 

REGISTER TO VOTE

To vote you must be recorded as an Adult Registered Member on the Ngāti Tamaoho Settlement Trust Members’ Register by 12 noon on Friday 24 September 2021.

Ngāti Tamaoho Settlement Trust invites qualified persons aged 18 years or over, who have not already registered, to apply for inclusion in the Register. KEY DATES:

2 September 2021 – Notice of AGM/ Nomination forms available

24 September 2021 – Nominations close at 12pm for the 2 Trustee positions

8 October 2021 – Voting opens if more then 2 nominations are received for the 2 Trustee positions

19 November 2021 – Voting closes

27 November 2021 – AGM to be held (in person or on-line) and elections results announced.
